Term and Condition:
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all room types at this Phuket hotel:
- Full payment is required prior to arrival at this spa hotel in Kata.
- Refunds are not accepted for any cancellations, but dates may be amended according to availability.
- Children under three years, who are sharing a bed with parents, stay free of charge at this Phuket spa resort.
- One child aged between 3 – 12 years old is allowed sharing room with parent and charge for an extra bed including Breakfast.
- Family Deluxe room ; two children between 3-12 years old are allowed sharing room with parent. Free of charge for first child sharing in Sofa bed including breakfast. Second child sharing Sofa bed is charge for Breakfast @ 200.- THB each day. If the second child need rollaway bed, there is charge for 500.-THB inclusive of breakfast.
Compulsory:
- New Year Gala Dinner @ 4,500.- baht/person/day
- Children 3-12 years get 50% discount
- Minimum stay 7 nights for travel period 28 Dec'13 - 04 Jan'14
Meat Rates:
- American Breakfast - 350 THB per person, per meal

Airport Transfer:
- Private Car - 1,000 THB per car each way for a maximum of 3 people.
