Please Note:

• Internet promotional rates are quoted in net in Thai Baht are inclusive of service charge, VAT and breakfast. Rates are quoted per room, per night.
• All major currencies are exchanged. The following credit cards are accepted : AMEX, VISA and MASTER CARD.

Term and Condition:
The following terms and conditions are applicable to all room types at this Phuket hotel:

• Full payment is required prior to arrival at this spa hotel in Kata.
• Refunds are not accepted for any cancellations, but dates may be amended according to availability.
• Children under three years, who are sharing a bed with parents, stay free of charge at this Phuket spa resort.
• One child aged between 3 – 12 years old is allowed sharing room with parent and charge for an extra bed including Breakfast.
• Family Deluxe room ; two children between 3-12 years old are allowed sharing room with parent. Free of charge for first child sharing in Sofa bed including breakfast. Second child sharing Sofa bed is charge for Breakfast @ 200.- THB each day. If the second child need rollaway bed, there is charge for 500.-THB inclusive of breakfast.
• Bookings made between 27th December 2011 and 3rd January 2012 are subject to a minimum stay of five nights.
• Bookings made over the Christmas and New Year period at this Kata beach hotel are subject to a compulsory Gala Dinner charged as follows:
• Christmas Eve 24th December, 2011 Adult Gala Dinner 3,300 THB, Child Gala Dinner 1,650 THB.
• New Year Eve 31st December, 2011 Adult Gala Dinner 3,800 THB, Child Gala Dinner 1,900 THB. 

Meat Rates:

• American Breakfast - 350 THB per person, per meal
• Lunch - 450 THB per person, per meal
• Dinner – 550 THB per person, per meal

Airport Transfer:

• Private Car – 850 THB per car each way for a maximum of 3 people.
• Minivan - 1,200. THB per car each way for a maximum of 8 people.
